Description
How to reproduce:
- Install an extension providing a form.yaml definition (e.g.
EXT:bootstrap_package
) - Create a form content element referencing that form definition
- Delete the form content element
- Uninstall the extension
- Undelete the form content element in
EXT:recycler
- Go to "Web > Page" on the page containing the form content element

I've used the extension attached to #89665
Can you add more details and check against the latest master?

Otherwise please add more detailled instructions. I've followed your instructions step by step but got the result I have posted.

Will do. But this cannot have been fixed by the issue mentioned as I experienced it in a 9.5.11 9 days ago and the patch mentioned was merged in 2018.
