Description
Steps to reproduce:¶
- Create a new record collection item ( sys_collection table ) in a sysfolder or in the root page
- Add at least one item
Result¶
The item in the list is doubled (appears twice)
- If affects 10.2.0-dev (latest master)
- it does not affect 9.5.11
- not tested with 8.7.x
- Subject changed from Record collection - to Record collection - adding an item duplicates it
Still present on latest master (10.4.0-dev)

Played around with sys_collection for #91909.
I'm able to reproduce in v10 with pages as items, but only if using the modal (not the search) to add pages. In master, this does not seem to happen (and the table will probaly vanish in master due to #91909 anyway).
I suppose this is something in JS with group relations - So we should be able to find some ext:styleguide scenario to reproduce this apart from sys_collections, too.
