Steps to reproduce¶

1) TYPO3 10.0.3.0-dev
2) List view > Page Content Table > Click on the "+" button to add a content element

3) On the wizard popup select something e.g. Header

Expected result¶

The popup should allow the user to select where the new content will be placed (see for example what happens on 9.5.13)

Actual result¶

Nothing happens, there is no error on the javascript console.
