Backend layout in own modules broken

Description
Since the patch https://review.typo3.org/c/Packages/TYPO3.CMS/+/63290 the backend layout is broken if you work with the ViewHelper <f:be.container> instead of <be:moduleLayout> and the respective nested (e.g. <f:be.menus.actionMenu>).
Extension to test behaviour: https://github.com/Smove/becontainertest
This Extension adds a backend module "Demo" within "Web".
After the changes recommended by Georg it works. See https://github.com/Smove/becontainertest/issues/1
