Description
During the update process, the sys_log field log_data is unserialized if not null, but there is no check if it was unserialized successul. If not, PHP returns a boolean false. The variable containing this wrong value then triggers a TypeError exception when passed to a method that expects an array.

This bug also exists in TYPO3 9.5 (only tested with PHP 7.4).
Using patch set 8 with exact the same changes worked for us in 9.5 too.
