Description

If a backend user has permissions for the page module only but cannot see any pages, the page module throws an exception:

(1/1) TypeError
Argument 1 passed to TYPO3\CMS\Backend\View\PageLayoutContext::__construct() must be of the type array, bool given, called in /var/www/html/typo3_src/typo3/sysext/core/Classes/Utility/GeneralUtility.php on line 3425
