Description
TYPO3 v10.4.2
Reproducible when these conditions are all true:

- I edit a content element with a rich text field
- The field processing is configured to "detectbrokenlinks" or "default" (which includes "detectbrokenlinks")
- The rich text field contains a link to a folder I don't have access to
To reproduce:
- Install the Introduction Package
- Remove all file mounts from the user "simple_editor"
- SU to the "simple_editor" user
- Go to the Content Examples -> Text -> Rich Text (uid=65)
- Edit the content element "Link" (uid=23)
