Related to #87901, #82991 and #88823 but occurs only in TYPO3 v10.4.9

If you select (clipboard view) one ore more records with translations in the list view you can't edit them.

A JavaScript error occurs:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'checked' of null

If no translated record is on the current page it works as it should.

This error also occurs in Typo3 v10.4.12.
JS Error now throws "Uncaught TypeError: document.querySelector(...) is null" in Recordlist.js:13:3117.
I observed this in a fresh v10.4.12 installation as well as an just upgraded installation from v8.7.32 to v10.4.12.
