High CPU Load after Update from 10.4.9 to 10.4.10

Description
After switching to the latest release we see a much higher cpu load on our system. With version 10.4.9 we had an load around 3.5 on an 8core VM. Now 95% cpu usage and loads around 35.0 will happen.
Switching the typo3_src back to 10.4.9 solves the problem immediately.
Seems to be related to MySQL.

as the change is limited to 2 files and rather simple it should be easily applyable - also manually

Thanks for the support. Seems to be o.k. now.
But I had to fix it in 10.4.9 too, deleting the cache and then doing the core update. Otherwise the load exploded immediately after changing the symlink. I guess because of the cached TCA?

Yes, TCA is cached.
