History / Undo not working correctly

Description
Since the last release the History/Undo functionality does not show any records any more.
Howto reproduce
- Create a fresh install of TYPO3
- add a new page
- add a new content element on that page
- open the context menu in the pagetree
- select
history/undo - the history opens in the main frame, but no changes are shown
Versions
- master, 10.4
This issue arises with commit 359f4165005e0f668352580f15a0d228b1767ed1 [TASK] Fix phpstan checkFunctionArgumentTypes errors in ext:backend
The commit before is fine.
