JavaScript TCEFORM Validation very slow on big forms

Description

Since oure core update from Typo3 8 LTS to version 10 LTS a lot of our editors are complaining about lagging of the GUI while writing articles.

We use an own developed news extension which uses IRRE and has a lot of RTE fileds. The problem increases the more IRRE elements are open. As CKEditor triggers the validation on every key up, it's not possible to write anymore.

Even inputs like the datetime picker will take up to 5 seconds until they open or close.

All problems will end in a Sizzle-Function, which is called. See attached screenshot. Within LTS 8 we also used CKEditor in the same extension with the same amount of fields, but we did not see such problems.
