The snippet for og:image does not provide a fallback, but a duplicate - documentation: https://docs.typo3.org/c/typo3/cms-seo/10.4/en-us/Configuration/Index.html section Setting fallbacks for og:image and twitter:image

Fallback for twitter:image works OK, for og:image tag i still get a duplicate

I tested it on latest version 9.5 and 10.4
