Description

Steps to reproduce:
Clean ddev install of Typo3's master branch; Follow this: https://docs.typo3.org/m/typo3/guide-contributionworkflow/master/en-us/Appendix/SettingUpTypo3Ddev.html
After install, try to enter the backend.

Expected result:
The backend will load at "/typo3/index.php".

Actual Result:
Redirects to "/typo3/main?token=..." with error:
Page Not Found
The page did not exist or was inaccessible. Reason: The requested page does not exist
