Description

Since the update to 10.4.18 the Upgrade Wizard loads until the error message Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) appears. even with a memory limit of 1GB

The problem is that the new UpgradeWizard SvgFilesSanitization goes through all files in the updateNecessary function.
