Description

With #91625 a new instance of cObj has been initialized in UriBuilder to ensure there is always an instance of cObj available. This change however leads to an exception, when UriBuilder is used outside of Extbase.

One example is ext:flux - see details: https://github.com/FluidTYPO3/flux/issues/1893
