Description

As 10.4 has not officially php8.0 support, and would need a lot of patches to be 8.0 compatible.

Thus dropping the -p 8.0 option and helptext from Build/Scripts/runTests.sh prevent the
low risk for starting working on 8.0 for 10.4.
