Description

Starting from TYPO3 v9, the CSS class to trigger a link to the detail popup from CSH tooltips in the backend (usually defined via a XLIFF-File wit ".details" type in node IDs) is not rendered at all for non-admin users.

This seems to be due to a wrong backend module name passed to access-rights check of logged-in BE User in \TYPO3\CMS\Backend\Utility\BackendUtility::helpTextArray . the hard-coded module name now is "help_CshmanualCshmanual" (which is wrong), the correct name has to be "help_cshmanual".
