Description

In TYPO3 11.5.3 the LinkWizard is covered by a transparent black div from boostrap modal for a new unsaved FileReference.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a image element
2. Add a new image
3. Try to set a link for the image

I can confirm this. Not only with file references, but with any inline element. Once the element is saved, the link wizard works fine. This is a problem though when the link is a mandatory field.

I tested this in 2 different installations, both 11.5.3.
