Having something like the following (href="/") in RTE source

<p><a href="/">zurück zur Startseite</a></p>

... gets replaced by href="t3://folder?storage=0&identifier=%2F" on saving the record ...

<p><a href="t3://folder?storage=0&amp;identifier=%2F">zurück zur Startseite</a></p>
