Description

In TYPO3 v10. The renaming of a directory took very long and at some point there was an exception related to an UPDATE query on sys_file_metadata. The exception is a different problem, but I was wondering why all sys_file_metadata are updated. Should they not be related to the uid in sys_file and not be concerned about the path at all?

As noted, this causes the renaming of directories to take longer than necessary.

Reproduce

1. check timestamp of a sys_file_metadata record, e.g.

select uid,FROM_UNIXTIME(tstamp),title,file from sys_file_metadata where file=291201;

2. Rename a directory which contains this file

3. check the timestamp again.
