After an update from TYPO3 11.5.14 to 11.5.15 the reported issues of https://forge.typo3.org/issues/93091 are back.
We also use the options minitems and maxitems in the configuration.

However, this only occurs with datasets that have already been saved and created, where the existing image is to be deleted.
The image is removed, but unfortunately the buttons for Add image or Select & upload files are not displayed afterwards.

This problem does not occurs with a newly created and unsaved data set, so that the image can be changed as often as wanted.

With trial downgrades to TYPO3 11.5.14 and 11.15.13 it works without problems.

The configuration of the image is applied in accordance with the example from the documentation under https://docs.typo3.org/m/typo3/reference-tca/11.5/en-us/ColumnsConfig/Type/Group/Properties/Appearance.html.
