Hello,

I'm not a CSS pro, but bootstraps CSS .panel classes are gone with Bootstrap 3 which was implemented in TYPO3 8.7. So, .panel classes are out out out-dated. Maybe it's time to remove them from core.

Seems that TYPO3 still makes use of these old classes in f.e. Donation, Credits, Collapse templates.
