Inconsistent handling of linebreaks and tabs in flash messages

Description

Flash messages rendered through TYPO3\CMS\Core\Messaging\Renderer\BootstrapRenderer do not render possible line breaks in the flash message message property. Possible tabs in the message are not shown.

Flash messages rendered using TYPO3\CMS\Backend\Template\ModuleTemplate does render possible line breaks. Possible tabs \t are shown, which makes the output look broken.

This behavior should be streamlined, so line breaks are always rendered and tabs are always stripped.
