Google now calls ?gad ?gad_source:
https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/13327296
It would be cool to ship it with TYPO3 in the $GLOBALS['TYPO3_CONF_VARS']['FE']['cacheHash']['excludedParameters'] array.
