Description

EXT:contentblocks contains a lot of functionality that should be relevant for the whole TYPO3 Core code base, and in order to include content blocks some functionality needs to be separated and also adapted in other places.

In addition, EXT:contentblocks solves issues (such as path resolving) that should become best practice for the rest of core as well.

This epic serves as an umbrella ticket to list all separate areas and their status.
