TYPO3 Core

The executable is already installed and would be usable with the hard dependency of symfony/yaml. With the ever increasing number of yaml files shipped with the TYPO3 core and also introduced by extensions, users should be aware of its existence and use it in their work and CI deployments / quality gates to reduce potential failures to their instances.

The well known typo3 executable should receive a command to execute yaml linting to raise awareness, ease usage and avoid one more command to learn.
