In order to comply with accessibility guidelines a page browser must also work when Javascript is not available (e.g. screen readers, etc.)
The current page browser from the core unfortunately needs Javascript to function.

This should be considered as a major feature and should be implemented asap. There is already a good startingpoint as the extension accessible_is_browse_results xclasses indexed search to work without JS.
