Workspaces module missing from user rights

Description

The Workspaces module does not appear in the list of Modules in the Access List of BE user groups. It is thus impossible to give BE users the rights to this module. This leads to the following problems:

  1. BE users have access to this module no matter what other rights they have
  2. but, when trying to preview a page with the split-preview enabled, one gets an exception: "Access Error: You don't have access to this module."

To reproduce simply use a non-admin user and try to preview a page with split-preview enabled.
