Description
When using the update wizard to perform the migration to the workspaces sysext, no dependencies of the workspaces extension are installed (e.g. Extbase). This might lead to a fatal error on next FE/BE access.

see RFC 16630 in the Core list - actually resolving the dependencies would imho be too much so we decided to install extbase and fluid directly...
