Separating multilanguage translations of FCE into several tabs

Description
When editing Flexible Content Element, multilanguage versions of custom fields are presented several times (for each language: DEF, EN, etc.) on the same page in subsection 'Pagecontent: Content' (picture attached).
The idea is to somehow separate translations into different tabs or pages. There is no need to display all of it at once, it's confusing.
Another problem with current solution is high page loading time, since there are several instances of RTE on the same page.

Robert Lemke says that it must be implemented in the TYPO3 core (TCEforms).

Yes, definitely! Anyways, no bigger extension besides templavoila really uses it.

This may cause problems with RTEs because all tabs are loaded with page, they are only not visible. When user clicks on the tab, content of old tab is hidden and content of new is shown. But in any case it is loaded completely.

That's a Core-issue - not a TV issue - Sebastian is right that TV is the main Flexform application but it's still a Core-issue...
