field type "group" subtype "db" behaves differently for TCA and flexForms

Description

When "allowed" is set to exactly one table "prepend_tname" may safely be set to 0 (no prepending of table name).

If "prepend_tname" is not present in TCA it defaults to 0. But if "prepend_tname" is not in the xml DS for a flexForm it defaults to 1.

Whatever should be the default, it must IMHO be the same.
