Description

When using in localconf.php:

$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['FE']['pageCacheToExternalFiles'] = TRUE;

'Clear FE cache' admin function doesn't clear cache files in 'typo3temp/cache_pages' directory, but only truncates 'cache_pages' table.
