Hi!
I have recently tested workspace with about 20 users and I have decided to enable the notification emails. They are somehow nice, but somehow they aren't too. Well. I would like to see some of my feature wishes realized:

First it would be cool, if the title of the email can be static, so that email programs can group all the notification emails. Currently the title is: "TYPO3 Workspace Note: Stage Change for pages:556 " What about "TYPO3 Workspace Note: Stage Change for workspace XYZ" ?
This would help admins and reviewers to have an organized email inbox. I got 100 T3 notification emails in a few minutes...

The next thing has to do with the email itself. T3 sent me the following email as a request of one of my editors (name hidden):
"At the TYPO3 site "Some page" (http://www.blah.xyz/typo3)
in workspace "Projekttage 2007" (#2)
the stage has changed for the element "pages:556":

==> Ready for review

User Comment:
"mir doch egal ob fertig oder nich. guck nach"

State was change by (username: XYZ)"

Well. It would be nice if the contents of that content element can be displayed in the email. It's hard to guess, what page:556 means if you're not a T3 pro, like many of my editors and reviewers are.

If you are able to read German, you'll understand that my next feature wish is very important..: Please include a "reject" link right into the email ;)
