User with no workspace-permissions could see page tree

Description
I am testing the workspace system. I created a group for authors which has permissions to modify the tables: page and page content. They have a mount point for the homepage. And the Group has rights tu access the pages (Web>access/Zugriff)
But this group has no workspace permissions and no user workspace is yet created. The user simly should see nothing.
Now I logged in and tried to search for an ID (lower left corner) and I see the page module and the correct pages.
I understand that the user have these rights, but he did not hav any workspace to do it, or I am wrong?

The user can also get the Workspace-Manager and get a list of workspaces he did not have access to. See second image.

The user could only see and edit in his DB-Mount restrictions. But changed were created as versions in Workspace #-99 which does not exists.

Bug 2: Are you sure he had no rights to DRAFT? The permissions to LIVE and DRAFT are within the user/group records not the WS record.
Anyway, please don't report different bug in one bug tracker entry. File each bug separately.

Yes I am sure. The user has no workspace permissions in the user account and no permissions by the group. And he is not in a workspace.
You can see this also in the screenshot - there is an error in the workspace-selector which can not list any workspace for this user.
Yes I know, not 2 bugs. But I think it is the same problem. The user is getting some default workspace. I think it is not correctly checked if he has some workspace attached.

Is this bug still relevant after the upgrade to 4.5?
