First:
There is problem when creating new element in section.
I selected NEW "Sponsor", pressed Save, than selected image from local computer adn pressed save againe. Form reloaded but image is not saved. Now, if do it againe image is saved to db.

Second:
If i selelect image from file admin then press save, i get warning
"Warning: filemtime(): Stat failed for /var/www/web13/html/uploads/tx_templavoila//var/www/web13/html/fileadmin/templates/recruiting/images/partner_d-and-y.gif (errno=2 - No such file or directory) in /var/www/web13/html/typo3_src-4.1.3/t3lib/class.t3lib_befunc.php on line 1627"

And i see
/var/www/web13/html/fileadmin/templates/recruiting/images/partner_d-and-y.gif
instead of just
partner_d-and-y.gif
Is select box with image filename

I think this is the same as http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=5132
