Move placeholders in workspace get wrong permissions

Description

When moving a page in a draft workspace, the placeholder gets empty permissions (no user or group, and the permission fields are all set to zero), which means that for users that are not an admin the moved page will disappear from the page tree.

The attached patch fixes this by copying the permissions from the moved page into the placeholder record.
