Description

If an author or administrator moves a content element in a workspace by clicking the up/down button in page or extended list view, the error
2: SQL error: 'Unknown column 'perms_userid' in 'field list'' (tt_content:NEW_MOVE_PLH)
displays and the content element is no longer visible in the page/list view. Authors click "remove from workspace" button from workspace module to see it again in their lists.

Reproducible across a few installations/distributions, including a fresh unpack from dummy/typo3_src-4.2.6. Happens in both custom and default draft workspaces.

Appears to have been introduced at http://forge.typo3.org/repositories/revision/typo3v4-core/4789
(issue imported from #M10483)
