Description

backend.php has a lot of inline JS which makes it difficult for maintain.
The code can be moved to eg backend.js, named vars can be written in backend.php

(issue imported from #M10976)

Is this still valid??? As far as I can see in TYPO3 6.2.0 beta1 the file /typo3/backend.php does not contain inline js.
