File list module doesn't work in IE6

Description
File list module shows no folder tree (shows for ~0.5sec and then folders immediately vanish).
Module is unusable in IE6 (which is still supported in 4.3)
Bug was introduced in revisions 3913+3914:
#19035: Foldertree in filelist has no docheader
which was commited to trunk on July, 25 2008 (yes, 2008.. 2008!!!)

Hint: If you step back so many revisions, clear typo3conf/temp_CACHED* to avoid requiring non-existant files.
P.S: Please no "drop IE6 support" comments ;-)

Crappy IE Developer toolbar might help a bit.

JS function resizeDocBody() in typo3/template.php is responsible.
But I have no idea, what has to be changed there..

height: 100% was missing for the body tag.
