Description

File list module shows no folder tree (shows for ~0.5sec and then folders immediately vanish).

Module is unusable in IE6 (which is still supported in 4.3)

Bug was introduced in revisions 3913+3914:
#19035: Foldertree in filelist has no docheader
which was commited to trunk on July, 25 2008 (yes, 2008.. 2008!!!)
