Description

Problem:
The unit tests for sanitizeLocalUrl are failing if the installation is inside a subdirectory.

Solution:
Fixed the validLocalUrlDataProvider to provide directories that consider subdirectories.

How to test:
Execute the t3lib_divTest::sanitizeLocalUrlAcceptsPlainValidUrls test with tx_phpunit.
