The install tool should check if typo3conf, fileadmin, uploads, typo3temp are writable before installing

Description
I tried the beta package with the introduction package but installing failed. One of the first things i do after an install is checking the paths in Basic Configuration to see if all are correct. I found out that some of them weren't writable.
After setting all paths correct, the introduction package still didn't show correct. I found out it was due to this error:
Core: Error handler (BE): PHP Warning: copy(/var/www/public_html//fileadmin/default/templates/images/step1.png): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/public_html/typo3conf/ext/introduction/Classes/Import/Filestructure.php line 77
The installation of the introduction package failed and the file wasn't there.
So before running the 1-2-3 installtool, it should check if all the relevant folders are writable (it currently checks for typo3conf only).

This probably also affects older releases (4.3, 4.4) and should also be fixed there. Would be cool to have that fixed bfore 4.5.0 so that the user experience with the Intro Package is the most "out-of-the-box" as possible.

I see that it's fixed in RC1. I would have expected that it shows all non-writable directories at once but it shows them at the moment that it tries to write to them. So it works fine now. Issue can be closed.
Are you sure? I don't think so, there wasn't any change. But I defenitely want this for 4.6 - as you suggest: Directly say "I want fileadmin, typo3conf, typo3temp and uploads writable".
The check was added in the intro package, which is why it "works in RC1" probably.

This is solved since 6.2 and will probably not be fixed any longer in older version. If you still feel it is important to work on that, please re-open and go ahead.
