Description
As workspaces got an own sysext, some stuff is not needed anymore in sysext version.
furthermore there are some change needed...

as this issue is very old. Does the problem still exists within newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (4.5 or 6.1)?

The required changes have been implemented already, but I guess some clean-up still could be done in the system extension version...
I'm going to have a look since I'm on the workspace topic for the next few weeks.
