Subgroups field in usergroup edit form should be renamed in "Is subgroup of"

Description

The subgroup selector in the backend usergroup edit form has the misleading name "Subgroups". It could be interpreted in the sense that the selected groups become subgroups of the current group record. In fact the current group record becomes a subgroup of the selected groups. This would be clearer if the labe would say: "Is subgroup of" or "Parent groups".

Even the help text is wrong:
Select backend user groups which are automatically included for members of this group.
