Description

Problem (described in screenshot)

Opened tooltip (mouse over label) floats for too long, covering next option and makes it unaccessible for 2-3 next seconds. If once activated it's possible to change tab and it still floats there.

Possible solution (described in screenshot)

Still far from perfect.

Tested with: FF, Safari
