Description
Select box icons are broken in Web>Functions, Create multiple pages wizard. See the attached screenshot.
Using version 4.5.2.

Does the problem exists for you also in TCEforms? The markup was adapted from there.
But we fixed this in TCEforms, didn't we? I think Jeff made a patch some time ago for this.

as this issue is very old. Does the problem still exists within newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (6.2.3)?
