Tested with admin-priviledges using TYPO3_4-6 (master). Deleting the page in workspace only showed that it was deleted already in the live-version without first publishing the workspace-change.
PS: Discovered this while trying to retest #11538 which I can't reproduced against 4.6 at the moment due to this bug here. But want to look into that one as well then.

Testet with TYPO3 4.5.3 and there is no such issue, try to test this later with 4.6
