Increase "maxitems" for media in TCA of pages

Description
Currently allows to add only 5 ressources. But that field is already of type TEXT in the database and there are usecases (multiple random-backgrounds for a page, ...) where more than 5 resources might be needed.
Field "resources" of sys_template has maxitems at 100 which we can safely apply here as well.

I'd prefer to not merge this in 4.5: The overlay table media field is only a tinytext in 4.5 (changed to text with 4.6). So, with 100 maxItems in 4.5 the overlay could easily break the max length of 256 characters. Since we do not want db changes if not really important, I'd say we shouldn't backport this change to 4.5. If someone needs it, he could still make the overlay media field bigger on his own, and increase the maxItem together.
Please abandon this patch for 4.5.
