htmlArea RTE not loading with Safari 5.1

Description
I've checked this on three Typo3 4.5.3 installations. None of them is launching the RTE. All hang on the spinning loading wheel.
Hope this isn't in the bug-tracker already but couldn't spot anything in the last 100 posts.

I have a similar issue with TYPO3 master (future 4.6). RTE is properly loaded, I see the toolbar icons but the editing area stays "white/empty". If I switch to source code my content is there but is not rendered in "Rich text mode"

Hi, it's the same with Mac OS X Snow Leopard and Safari 5.1 (6534.50). So it seem to be a Safari related issue.

Can reproduce, same effect as with Xavier. This should be fixed for the release next wednesday!
Stan, do you have some time? Dunno, if it's reproducible in other operating systems. If you need remote access to a Mac, just get in touch with me.
