Description

t3lib_div::int_from_version is marked as deprecated. This function has been moved to t3lib_utility_VersionNumber::convertVersionNumberToInteger.

But t3lib_div::compat_version has not been marked as deprecated and has not been moved into this helper class yet. Due to the fact that this function is also part of the topic VersionNumber, it sould be moved into the class t3lib_utility_VersionNumber.
